Stanlee & Gerald Rubin Center for the Visual Arts, located on the UTEP campus on Dawson Drive in a building adjacent to the south end of Sun Bowl Stadium, features both local and national exhibits. Free admission. Open Tue/Wed/Thurs 10 a.m.–7 p.m., Friday 10 a.m.–5 p.m., Saturday noon–5 p.m. Closed Sunday and Monday.
